No matter how much you stretch, it doesn’t seem to fully go away. That’s because posture isn’t just about one area.

It’s a system.

Your neck, ribs, spine, and hips are constantly influencing each other. When one area gets restricted, everything else starts to compensate, and that’s when tension, discomfort, and poor movement patterns begin to build.

 

This is where we change that.

In this 75-minute live workshop, we’ll focus on restoring alignment and creating space in the areas that need it most:

  •  Neck
  •  Shoulders & upper back
  •  Ribcage
  •  Hips & pelvis

You’ll be guided through a sequence of targeted movements and integrated exercises designed to:

  •  Release built-up tension from prolonged sitting or travel
  •  Improve posture without forcing it
  •  Create length and space in your spine
  •  Reconnect your upper and lower body
  •  Reduce strain on your neck and lower back
  •  Help your body move more efficiently as a whole

 

This isn’t a generic stretch class.

We’ll move slowly, with intention and I’ll guide you through the details that actually make these exercises work.

You’ll learn how to feel the right muscles engage, how to position your body properly, and how to avoid the common compensations that keep people stuck.
