With over 15 years of clinical experience working as a physical therapist, Iâve spent my career helping people reconnect with their bodies in meaningful, lasting ways.
For years, I watched clients chase symptom after symptom, feeling frustrated and stuck in cycles of tension, shallow breathing, and discomfort. I knew there had to be a better way - one that didnât just treat the surface, but addressed the entire system as a whole.
