This hips & back Mobility Reset Series workshop is a guided, 60 min movement, mobility and strength class designed to restore freedom in your body. This is more than a typical mobility session; it’s a blend of guided movement, education, and body awareness practices rooted in whole-body connection.
If you’ve been struggling with hips and back problems and you feel like you’ve tried it all, this class if for you. We are going beyond the typical exercises and addressing it through a holistic lens. In this workshop, we’ll be working on optimizing your breathing, you’ll learn how to stack your ribcage properly over your hips so that you’re better able to access your core and prevent compensations. You’ll learn how to “floss a nerve” and so much more.

Chances are, you haven’t worked the system the way it actually functions. Your body thrives when movements are cohesive, flowing along the patterns it was designed to use, not isolated muscles in a vacuum.
In this workshop, we’ll go far beyond the exercises you might have seen on my Instagram page. You’ll get detailed guidance, precise cues, and progressions that aren’t available anywhere else plus, we’ll build on those foundations with new, integrated movements that help your whole body work better together.
 If you’ve been here for a while, you already know this: the body does not function in isolated parts.
It’s a system.
And when we zoom in on where the pain lives, the shoulder, the hip, the jaw, etc without asking what’s feeding it, we often miss the real driver. That why some issues always come back, or the problem never goes away!
A shoulder issue isn’t just a shoulder issue.
A cranky hip isn’t just a hip problem.
Think about how your opposite shoulder and hip coordinate every time you walk. There’s a diagonal sling system connecting them. If one side loses its ability to load, lengthen, or transmit force properly, something else compensates. Over time? That compensation becomes “the problem.”
This is what we’re addressing.
In this Mobility Reset Series: Fascial Lines in Motion, we’ll explore how to move through your myofascial lines, the interconnected chains of tissue that transmit tension and force through your entire body.
This is not a random stretch and conditioning class.
You’ll learn how to:
- Â Lengthen the body through integrated patterns (not isolated muscles)
- Â Use your breath to elongate and decompress the spine
- Â Strengthen through lines of tension that are meant to fire together
- Â Restore elastic recoil and load transfer

Introducing The Mobility Reset Series:Â "The Posture Rebuild"Â
No matter how much you stretch, it doesn’t seem to fully go away. That’s because posture isn’t just about one area.
It’s a system.
Your neck, ribs, spine, and hips are constantly influencing each other. When one area gets restricted, everything else starts to compensate, and that’s when tension, discomfort, and poor movement patterns begin to build.
This is where we change that.Â
In this 88-minute workshop, we’ll focus on restoring alignment and creating space in the areas that need it most:
- Â Neck
- Â Shoulders & upper back
- Â Ribcage
- Â Hips & pelvis
 You’ll be guided through a sequence of targeted movements and integrated exercises designed to:
- Â Release built-up tension from prolonged sitting or travel
